Well, TP can't handle that base for at least a year, if not more. I'm wondering if this suit has more to due with the ATHM buyout of Excite, where AT&T owns ATHM.

Cook and MSFT have been known to deal before

The only safe deal for Cook was an attempt to sell INTU to MS for $3Bln. Any other attempt to do business with M$ is a deadly stunt. M$'s road is littered with skeletons of former allies, partners, etc.
