Does anyone know if Datek has changed its policy regarding reversing a position with one trade. I was charged two commissions for this transaction, previously I've only been charged for one. Datek was the only broker I know of who did this.

I can accept the change without a problem, but I'm sure not happy with the customer service rep who insisted, in a less than courteous tone, that no one at Datek had ever allowed this type of transaction with only one commission. I myself have been charged one commission in this case at least 20 times, but he insisted it had never happened. Not, "that's not our policy now", or "I'll check for you to make sure," just it's never happened, end of conversation. Where do they find these guys?
