A top ten list IMO: 1) Is it economic? 2) Bolivia is considered to have political risk. 3) Management has been suspect. 4) Tons of paper out in GE's case and a lot of 144 stock ready for sale. 5) The Bolivian press, in many circumstances, can be bought. 6) How much gold is there? 7) Do they have the money to continue their projects? 8) SEC lawsuit still not resolved with GE. 9) BD will say there is gold but most already know that. There won't be anything definitive and more work/money will be necessary. 10) The gold market sucks, hopefully not for much longer.
