Actually, I think CF dropped it because ISC was not in violation, CF found out that ISC was using FedEx as it's payment processor ;-) In any case, depending on how TP's bill pay is going to work, they may be subject to a patent suit (if they ever get up and running).

As far as "exclusive major integrated", I think there may be some legal hair splitting on intuits part, we'll just have to wait and see.
