I switch ISP got in fine some areas still didn't work now they do, strange., I can get the same Item cheaper at Beyond.com, I'm not surprised by this. They should give a discount to DELL computer owners. All and all it work just find, once you know how to look. If you just look by Cat. items you are not going to get all that is offered by a manufacture. I wanted to buy tax program, I didn't see the one wanted till I searched on the manufacture. Greg
