OUtside of the liability question--is it possible to compromise by limiting the hours to a certain time-like 5-6 on weekdays, and I dunno-several on weekends, otherwise the summer could be miserable for everyone. Having boys and once living in the city, I am sort of sympathetic to the need for space (though I would NEVER give mine dirt bikes-ever)and would hate to completely thwart them. Otherwise they may turn into real problems. THis way everyone wins something.
