on the long at 38. Between you getting out, and that bit on CNBC
about a merger of market makers, good for a pop!

I spoke to a friend who knows some guys on a few trading desks and this what they said:

It's (the secondary) probably already built into the price. I looking at estimates that are at $1.45. You really think this stock should trade below a 20 P/E. With earnings growth prospects of about 25% a year, this stock will easily stay within a 25x-30x P/E. I think there isn't enough return on the short to cover your cost of borrowing.
Also Keep in mind that nite is aware of the shorters since the trader has talked to the controller and they may try to put a short squeeze on you

that leh position was definately institutional in omga. Talked to my friend (This refers to my friend talking with his friend - I know the guy too actually, but not well).

why is the question. Probably in their SEC filings.
