Bob, I respect what you have to say, but the daily pattern is too consistent for there not to be a seller. The selling happens at basically the same time every day. We have had nothing but excellent news over the past few weeks and the stock doesn't move. The buying we get on news is abruptly stopped by selling. If this is from the private placement, we will have to wait until all the shares are sold into the float before we will get any upward movement. I hope I am wrong! Remember, I am an investor here. I just firmly believe with the kind of news we have had, even with the float the size it is, we should be pushing $1.00 by now.

Bob, and anyone else,

Is it necessary for TSIG to seek shareholder approval to change its name? If yes, why?

Can a vote be done by e-mail, i.e., the company e-mail forms to known shareholders, the shareholders respond and return the forms? Heck, a few big shareholders voting yes is all it would take to approve the change.

Does TSIG intend to use the new name pending shareholder approval, or will the company stick to the old name until shareholders approve.

It certainly would be nice to see the new site come up as TSIG.com, and to see all upcoming press releases identified by the new name.

Are there any shareholders out there who disapprove of the name change? I certainly don't, it fits, inasmuch as 2 of our 3 divisions are internet based and commercial in nature.

And isn't it curious that the SI spellcheck doesn't recognize the terms "e-mail" or "teleservices" or "internet"?

Just a few questions for those interested.

Regards, Tim
