Annette,

I was just looking at the announcement. $37 million is the offering price. Is that a low amount for an IPO? I am assuming that the IPO initial price will be in the teens, so suppose I use $17.00 per share.

$37,000,000 / $17.00 = 2.1 million shares

Assuming the underwriters take their usual amount, 2 million is a good ball park figure for the amount of shares to be sold. Is that a logical guess?

Edward
