Dan, do you know anything about Dershowitz's credibility. I know he is esteemed, but do people consider him to be a bit of a nut like Robert Bork? Because Dershowitz says Starr has violated every rule in the book and should be indited. Also, regarding obstruction, both Monica and Juanita Broadderick state they were not coerced into anything (especially statements like this from Broadderick are meaningful - if somebody was going to be silenced by the "henchmen" it would have been her) and Dershowitz says there is a case against Starr for witness tampering re:obstruction (implication that Starr created the whole thing).
