Boy oh Boy, Stien is gonna have to pay alot of taxes on all those shares. I guess thats why his financial consultant gets paid 50,000 from the company. How do you defer a cash deal. Stall !!! I hope I can erase those four initials from my screen this week. Why isn't this a stock deal ? Maybe Phillips stock is undervalued. Any news ?

Hi Linda, the easiest way for you is to click on the GRAPHS section of Newport and then click on the BAR GRAPH button. This will bring up a 3+year history of your holding. Look for when the peak value occurred (probably 1997). Then go back to the VLSI screen and click on the History button and scan back to that same time and see what the peak value was.

Now all you have to do is figure out what price it would take to get you to that same point again.
