All I know is what the internal rumors are within INPR.
Until mgmt enacts their plan officially, we can't be certain what
shape a change will take.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to even "internal rumors". How can we make any intelligent comment on such matters without the specifics?

When management does make their plan official, we still won't know the particulars of the sales commissions. For example, can you state what the exact sales commission structure is currently? That wouild give us a basis to discuss whether we feel the current plan is reasonable.

There are some salespeople making nice dough that would be adversely effected by a major restructuring of the commission schedule. They will provide some resistance to change.

If this weren't the case then there probably wouldn't be any reason to make some changes. If I fell into a sweatheart deal and then someone wanted to take it back, I would have some resistance to change too.
