My point was that one doesn't need the gov't to prevent a fertilizer factory from stinking up their yard. As far as the prostitution is concerned, I see you as having taken a religious position and justifying your position with your arguments. People love to point at the lowest drug addicted street whore and her pimp to argue why prostituiton should be illegal. The more logical view is that she is a product of criminalization.
