Gotcha. Well lets interpret everything literally, shall we? In today's terms. Well, then that means "the right to bear arms" includes assault weapons + any modern arsenal. Hey but wait a minute - didn't we just have a huge debate in congress over what a "high crime and misdimeanor" meant to the framers? No need, we are taking everything in today's terms.
