Rays, seems like a good opportunity if you missed a couple weeks back. I would say quite a bit of the float has traded in the past couple weeks. I think the way volume is reported on these OTC stocks is double, both the buy and the sell side of the trade gets reported as volume. The market makers can also
play games with these stocks as well.

IMO, if your outlook is a few months down the road, this could just be a blip in the chart.
