Chas:

I like your style, you are definitely a BB investor. Here's to your sand, and I hope it pays off with CBNR. Let's face it, anybody not basically betting on MJ (period) should probably not be in this play.

good luck to you
(and all of us!)

Chas:

I respect your reasoned approach to this investment. IMO the best use of the thread is to take individual strengths and meld them together for some intelligent analysis of the investment. The better the DD, the more reasoned and confident we can be as investors.

You visited the facility, and presented a unbiased picture of the operation. You also presented in a favorable light the enthusiasm and dedication of Mr. John. This is a great start.

Now to analyze the strategic, marketing, competitive, technological and financial factors affecting the business take us to a new level, some of which is undiscovered. But we should never stop pursuing the information that will provide insight as to the viability of the business plan as it moves through each critical stage in its development. Any single misstep can be a significant setback to the competitive advantage, and those who did not recognize the implications will be those left holding the bag.

DD is an ongoing commitment, not a one time event. And know one should be critisized for challenging in a reasonable manner anything I or anyone states in relation to this investment.

Good Luck.
