we've had a lot of law enforcement support for passage Funny how that works. The chiefs all come out against it but the beat cops are overwhelmingly for it. There is some glimmer of a hope of getting it here. Our Governor Turnbuckle says he's in favor of it ( and in fact has a permit to carry himself ) but then he says a lot of things. He said he wanted lower taxes but his actual tax cut proposal is to cut the lowest bracket by 1/4 of 1 percent. There are 3 brackets - single person earning $18500 gets put into the TOP bracket.
