Sure, I was trying to be dramatic with the $3.00 per share. But we did see $3 something not to long ago - about a year ago was it? I would not be surprised to see it again.

I don't understand what you mean about price represents minority position. From my understanding, share price is all that matters as it represents the ultimate liquidity of it. Are you saying that the bulk of shares are held by institutions? Still, if they are desperate for a deal, they'll settle on anything.

As the share price languishes, any premium paid will shrink. The stock is about $6 - an offer could be only $6.50 or $7 to be acceptable.

For the first time - witness the apparently failure of WaveTop (last chance) - I have become very pessimistic about the future of WAVO.

That being said, I do not mean to sound insulting and am intersted in your opinions - perhaps starting a dialog.
