Nasdaq is far from a certainty . Even if BII gets there , they will be looked at as a clone .

Why sell ,that's a good question ,why are people selling ? With BIG increases in Internet stocks last few days are we seeing this prop up of BII for what it really is . Holding up a grossly overvalued stock hoping to beat the clock and get on Nasdaq before the price collapses .
