Ahhh Swordsman, I can remember your incredibly insulting post to me back when I merely suggested that maybe there was something rotten in Denmark. Thanks to Marty and REW and others, I no longer feel that way. You, on the other, have become some hypocrite.

I understand that we all have a threshold and that we are concerned about our investments. I guess I will remain long with all the Liars in the company. You once suggested that I consider those wonderful assertiveness training courses at your wonderful New School. May I suggest that you consider some work yourself. Everybody is a liar now! Have you ever even picked up the phone and called Florida. Have you personally spoken to Henry, so that you can point to a specific statement proving he is a liar. Man, grow up. Glad you're out. Oh, i forgot, you only got rid of 60%. You still have 40 shares.

Sword,

I'm not referring to options... I am referring to part of an employment package contract that includes actual shares. Options are generally a bonus, but have nothing to do with inducing top-caliber people to leave a well-established organization to join a young company such as TSIG. This is not a one person operation... it is a company. It needed the best and it got them... and that's my opinion!

<<That means whatever options were awarded will add further to the dilution down the line.>> There are only 100 million shares authorized and it takes a shareholders meeting and vote (to the best of my knowledge) to change that.

<<And to that the bottom line is still, from 30,000,000 shares last March to more than 90,000,000 shares and counting, 12 months later!>>
Just curious... have you seen anything else happening with TSIG lately or should I repost your posts of the past week to refresh your memory? I've seen a masterful, IMO, turnaround of this company with, IMVHO, many, many more positive things to come.

<<Sorry if I see things differently. But then I've got my original investment back and it's easy for me to be candid.>> Right! Where I come from they call that a momentum player. You said you were an interior designer, but I'm beginning to thing that perhaps you're more of a "decorator". Yes, we do see things very differently!! Just my opinion, of course.
