We need to get an immediate reconciliation accounting for the date of issuance and the specifics of the new share issuance. This is important simply to reduce the uncertainty associated with a revelation like this and to put it into the proper perspective, I will do my part to post whatever I find out. This news is definitely a shock to me, but put into the proper perspective, might not be so startling. The TA says they need company authorization to release this information.
