I took your lead, changed my day order at $2 to a GTC order at $1 3/4.

Got a lot of people in the stock at over $2/share. Profit takers will be out, more buying will be coming in. Lots more news to come, more acquisitions which should be accretive to earnings, 8K filings should be hitting soon, actual closure of deals should be announced in the next 4 to 6 weeks, Nasdaq filing shortly thereafter.

The good news is that we are up today. Would have been nice to be up over a point, but up an eighth is better than nothing. Hopefully we will continue to see slow and steady improvement. Also hope to see the company get the news out to more investors, possibly by taking out small news bulletin ads in IBD, Barrons, and the like.

From Raging Bull:

JUST SPOKE WITH CEO OF CRNC

I just had a very interesting conversation with John Whitman Jr., CEO of CRNC.

He was busy (as you might imagine) but he found time to call me back personally after I called and spoke to his secretary.

I asked about several issues:

-I aksed Mr. Whitman if he still felt good about posting an EPS of $1.11.

His answer was "I wouldn't have said it if I didn't mean it."

-I aksed him waht his confidence level was as far as closing the deals mentioned in the press release.

He said "I've never gone this far in a deal (as he has in the pending acquisitions) without closing it."

-I aksed him about the SEC filings. There was a bit about still posting a loss for the period ending Sept 98....

He said that was history....old numbers...now different with new acquisitions. He went on to say that they would be filing new numbers (which reflect the new acquisitions) with the SEC within 45 days.

-I asked about the Seminole deal and the contract that they were expecting to get worth some 34 million dollars.

He said that the revenue from this acquisition were "understated" in the release... I was left with the impression that the Seminole company would bring in significantly more revenue than stated in the release I also asked him if the news of the deals/contracts these subs sign would now be released under the CRNC name, he said yes (this should produce some good PRs). He hinted at more good news flowing out.

-I aksed him if they were going to be financing the operations of the business by selling more stock.

He said "No."

-I asked him about the effect of all exercised restricted shares on the outstanding shares.

He said the maximum number if all are exercised is around 14.8 million shares.

-I aksed him if it was true that if given a standard multiple the new company is worth $24 a share.

He said if the street recognizes the value and rewards them with a proper P/E multiple then that is accurate.

He seemed bottled up; I got the sense he wanted to tell me much more than he could. He left me with the impression that if I held on, I would be very happy....in fact, he said "You are going to do very well".

Summary:

I felt overall good about the conversation. He addressed my questions head on and in a satisfactory manner.

I feel very good about my investment in this company and will look to add to my position when possible. The companies they are acquiring/ have acquired IMO, will continue to enhance shareholder value by bringing in substantial revenues and profits as well as generating new
investor interest through their forthcoming new contracts and growth oriented activities.
