Peter, It is the buy high, sell low syndrome. If you watched CNBS today, nearly every interview featured the fact that this trading decline was just about over. Bonds can't go higher than 5.75% because...well, they just can't. <g> And the Dell-nialists seem to think there is a conspiracy against tech stocks. There is. It's called lousy business. <g>
