NEW YORK, March 3 (Reuters) - Koch Oil said Wednesday it raised the price it would pay at the wellhead for most benchmark posted U.S. crude prices by 50 cents per barrel, effective immediately.

The change brings Koch's price for West Texas Intermediate crude to $10.25, for West Texas Sour to $7.25 and for Oklahoma Sweet to $10.25. It also raised the price of Light Louisiana Sweet to $9.25/bbl.

The price is "free-on-board" at the wellhead and does not include cost, insurance and freight of delivering the crude to the delivery point.
