Dr. Frankel, As I've said I still like the plan, but let's face it, if James Guild the *president* of TSIG was not *given* any shares excepting the 600,000 options, I highly doubt that the EVP's were given a better, sweeter deal. I don't think any of them carried that much weight. If so then they'd be president. Houston, we have a problem, and it's almost 100% more passengers than the engineers figured for! With regards to reposting my posts of last week, no not necessary. I've already said I still believe in the plan. I also believe that we have been manipulated, basically deceived, and because of this the people at the top have gotten a little tarnished. The dilution reduces my enthusiasm by no less than 40% and because this means we'll probably be needing more money soon, more like at least 50 to 60% dilution until we're in the black. I should have been more aggressive in pursuing the PP formula that everyone didn't want to know about. This is it in a nutshell. I think we'll see more from this PP yet. Keep calling the TA. I probably should have sold my entire position today, it's not that large, but the plan kept me in. If it hits a valuation that I feel is appropriate, I'll probably come back for more. Probably not as many but back for more just the same. Right now I'd place a maximum .30 cent value on the shares. Hopefully I'm wrong. If a money PR comes out I'll maybe have lost that opportunity. Even then I doubt greatly that anything will move TSIG up for awhile. But then again I'll still have my 4 shares. lol. Look at the recent PR's. All these PR's were doing was allowing the PP Investment Bankers?, you know, the ones that Paul Henry said were here for the long haul,lol, these PR"s allowed them to sell into the news at a higher price for a quick return on their money. Looks like an inside job. Management has to have known about this all along. Anyone that really believes the PP people are still here should get their head examined. sword
