isn't that very similar to *A STRANGLE HOLD?*, which, as all longs know, is what COMS has on us?

It means to clench COMS tightly in your hands while you hold it! Actually, I think it means "don't buy or sell". If you're currently long, hold it, cuz there will be some volatility. If you have no position in the stock, do not initiate one now. My interpretation only, -John

Hey, My recommendation is " A Balls to the Wall buy". I called 23 1/2 as a bottom but that remains to be seen in the next three days. Tech strength may yet stabilize this ride. ERIC B. is not executing and needs to go. I was a fan but this is a tired story and he is tired. DrRisk

I believe a stronghold is another word for fortification, defence (Old English:burgh, burh). COMS is oversold at these levels. Last year they were totally in the red. Mike

"A STRONG HOLD! what the hell does that mean? Feeling experienced on a Friday afternoon just before a 3-day weekend when your connecting flight at Atlanta has just been cancelled. Restrooms are not available due to extremely busy conditions and no outbound flights. Frustration, disbelief, and a sense of sheer panic. About the same way I feel about 3COM right now.
