Year 2000 Bug Will Impact Developing Countries Most

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 5) BUSINESS WIRE -March 5, 1999--According to the
January 1999 edition of Business 2.0, the US leads the world in Y2K
planning and preparedness.

That's good news for American citizens, the chances are the trains will
continue to run on time. However, for everybody else, the news isn't so

According to the Gartner group, a prominent consulting firm on Y2K
