I expect the deal eventually to go thru at $20. I don't see any other offers on the table. To save a costly fight...eventual compromise will occur... IMO...jmz

Well, Tom. It's really not been that profitable an investment for me, considering the length of time and the number of trades. My average price is 15.69173. Of course, I wasn't buying at the very bottom, as you were. I won't really consider the investment a great success with a buyout at 20. My first buy was on 11/5/95 at a price of 21. So here we are, 3-1/2 years later, hoping for a buyout at 20. AIM did make a profit out of an unprofitable investment, but it still was not a good investment for me if we get bought out at 17 to 20.
