I got an e-mail from Datek saying I have until March 8 to buy-in my CYTL short. Since I'm not short CYTL, I called Datek and asked about it. They say the buy-in notice could either be: (1) disregarded since I'm not short CYTL, or (2) relate to my ALTIF short, which Datek has marked NS. Since the difference MIGHT be important, I asked him to check. After a few minutes he said it was a typo, it should have read ALTIF. So once again, they are threatening to buy in my ALTIF, but this time they disguised it as CYTL. Datek sucks.

Bill,

are you talking about BTIM here? Yes, I do agree.. things are looking up for the long shareholders.FDA approval soon.. and all sorts of interesting deals being talked about. But, you really puzzle me, why did you want to visit my thread?? I was going to wait for a little while before I came back over to invite you to dinner. :-) but, for what it is worth, the gang is having a blast having you there. I just hope you can handle the heat.

I'm beginning to wonder if it isn't prudent to buy at the top of these ZONA squeezes then cover after they finish and at the same time maintain a core holding for NDA rejection in July.

Does this make sense?
