Chisy: Agreed. After all, he's been on-board at least since ~Feb 11th, which was when he filed that form 3 mentioned earlier. Still, considering that VLNC's runnin' reeeal lean right now I suppose this can be forgiven.

Now onwards to some material p.o. events!!
