Not much to talk about....look at the damn chart!!!
It's dead money. Range bound from the mid teens to 30. Block trades slim to nil. Short story is over...but so is the long one.
You want a short story...look at BRCM, a mirror image of CUBE in many respects from a few years back ...and it cracked support today.

Fundamentally...no Rev. Growth is the problem.
Their books look solid as a rock, take a peek. Clean and solid...my only question is where is all this RD money going..New M3 leases or what???? No Rev. growth causing no interest from the street. Chip side of biz has/is been slowly declining(poor game plan and/or execution), while the Divicom side has been kicking ass = Net of no growth over all. Divi could have done an IPO in the teens and be a 40-$60 number by now. Right now they could spin Divi for 20-30 bucks IMO. Fat chance it happens thought, I'd bet more $$$ on selling the whole ball of wax to some biggeee.

BTW...the "black robe crowd" as you call them, they're as disappointed as anyone else & there all buddies of mine. They know the tech, they know CUBE had the chance...mismanagement & the Board's do nothing status are to blame IMO.

"ode to the Divi people getting milked"
