Thanks for the confirmation on pending financing -- that is certainly GREAT news for SYBD and another very important piece of the puzzle falling into place.

Well, if the financing is TBA within 30 days, that would put the announcement somewhere around beginning of 4/99.

I have e-mailed the company and am waiting for their response. They may not want to disclose financing details if it is still "pending" and not yet finalized. But who knows, maybe they'll fill us in.
