Max90, Looked at WAVX and it looks like it has real potential as a short, however I haven't looked below the surface to see whats driving it, it does have the I Nut angle that has proven many times difficult to defy with reason and logic. The nuts seem to be creeping back to life (with CMGI and EBAY leading. We have seen a number of excellent short opportunities in the past few weeks (I'm short DELL at 102) and MP made a timely call on PDX last Friday. I get the sense that the market is indecisive in that the TA guys feel the market can move lower if we break support levels that we are touching now, despite the market being overvalued we need a trigger (earnings, interest rates, liquidity etc). The news out of MU and CPQ seems to be contained to the PC Sector. I'm 88% cash excluding short positions and have two longs (and prepared to accumulate more post a correction)in the mfg sector, as the tech growth stocks are a bit scary now. I'm studing the oil's (service), so I'm prepared to enter them when I deem the time right.
Perhaps you can get Auric to look at WAVX as I don't trade BB's.
All in all I think good shorts have greater potential at this juncture than good longs due to my sentiment on the overall value of the market.
