My only encounter with the barrington report was with A~~~~ something, angola diamond or africa diamond, don't remember. Think is AFRI now after the symbol change. Based on what I read at the time and what I know now sounds like they may be pumping junk. But they have made stocks move. There was far too much ingo in that report for me to read about GARD, I didn't buy and I haven't followed since I saw that I made a mistake by not buying. CanDo could probably give you a better perspective of it
