I don't think the JV agreements are preannounced, by that I mean you won't see press releases like "IHI and Ron Margraf are in talks for a joint venture in Virginia".

If they have more JV announcements then the price could stay up.

We're hoping it's a license to print money!

Hi J.L.,

It will take more the that to really move the stock. J.Vers don't move
this stock. They all need factories and without the Canadian plant, everything
means nothing. The factory will be the one and only one thing that will
move this stock to the level that everyone is looking for.
