Dave, the only reason I think the PLCOP is so cheap, is simply too few know about it. . .or have put two and two together. That is it.

At the end of 99 with the Ps converting into Cs, there will certainly be dilution. . . my guess/hope is the commons will be somewhere around 7 by then, which means the pfd will be worth 42 each. . . especially if they keep putting out financials like the last one . . and they get relisted on the Nasdaq, like everyone is hoping.

The company is making some serious profits these days. . .last financial showed an 11.5 mil profit in last 9 mos. . .so if they keep up that sort of growth, they will be able to afford to buy back a nice chunk of their own shares.

Now of course all of that is conjecture living in a perfect world. . and the world is far from perfect.
