Ron,

My nightly download takes approximately 3-5 seconds on my ISDN. Obviosuly your having problems with your PC or ISP. Several things to try. First there are two download sites... www.qp2.com and www.qp2b.com. Have you tried both?? If not go into the Quotes Plus Setup program and select the other. re-run your benchmark. any changes.... Post back with some results and if that doesn't help we'll get more sophisticated in our debug techniques...

Hi, Ron--

Glad to hear that Sean's suggestion fixed you up. I personally do not have any trouble with the d/l times. They have always just zoomed along. However, for the past 3 Saturdays, the updates (not the downloads) to the IRL files take away too long. I've done the rebuild that Gary has suggested and will see how things go this Saturday.
