I would like to understand one thing, and maybe ask a few questions.

Are 90,000,000 shares issued?
Or
If not 90,000,000 shares issued, then how many are issued?

Issued means TRADEABLE, unless a legend is attached making them restricted in one way or another. You/he (RG) never mentioned restricted or attached legend.

If the word restricted applies, how many are restricted and for how long?

If the word restricted does not apply, then it appears to me that these shares are TRADEABLE! Nothing else matters.

More;
Has the 90,000,000 stopped growing? If not when? It's been advancing for the past few months according to Sam's information.

There is a discrepancy with the information Robert Gordon gave to you. Not once in the advancing number of outstanding shares did it increase by a flat 24,000,000 shares.

How many options are still lying around?
What will happen when we reach 100,000,000 shares?
Will there be a reverse split again? When?

PLease...

Bob,
thanks for the clarification. It amazes me how people can turn negative at the drop of a dime. I see Ditchdigger finally got his wish - although short lived. EVERYONE - don't jump the gun on what seems
to be bad news - clarify first and then shoot. Right now we are all shooting each other in the foot - more often than not. It amazes me
how some of us here are faster to believe negative posts WITHOUT
turning over every stone than to believe positive news even when
there are no stones left to be turned over. I hoped we have all learned
a positive lesson here. BE RIGHT AND SIT TIGHT!! Does anyone
here truly believe RG would outright lie - the future of HIS company is
on the line - WAKE UP!!! Does anyone really think all of his high profile
management would join a LIAR? I know I don't post much but I had to
say this as I see a lack of confidence here - do you think new investors will come invest when 'shit' like this is going on? And then we EXPECT high valuations? I know there are other bb's out there having tremendous price runs - most of them just fall right back down.

24 + 57 = 81. It was reported that there are 90 million O/S. What about the other 9 million?

I just spoke with Robert Gordon by return phone call.

When the 10 million was arranged from Grady-Hatch, TSIG was required to put up 24 million shares in escrow for the PP with an attorney. This is what the increase in the o/s is we are seeing.

So far the draw has been slightly less than 2 million.

The PP draws cannot be converted until registered and that has not happened yet. The registration should occur in about 30 - 60 days.
The conversion cannot be done before the registration forms are completed, approved, and effective. This process has not been started and will take 4 - 6 months to complete. The earliest the conversion can impact is 4-6 months and probably longer.

The conversion IS done on the stock price at the time of conversion. If we are at $3.00 at the time of conversion and if there has been 3 million taken, the dilution will be about ONE million shares. Of course the PP gets a discount. They are in business too.

Any remaining shares remain with TSIG.

This is as best as I can explain the conversation and share increase. There is no derogatory movements being made by TSIG.

RG made a strict point to make clear there is nothing being done to harm shareholder values.

If there are any remaining questions that deserve an answer RG will be in his office tomorrow and ready to take a call from me as readily as he can.

I really like this part>>The conversion cannot be done before the registration forms are completed, approved, and effective. This process has not been started and will take 4 - 6 months to complete. The earliest the conversion can impact is 4-6 months and probably longer.<<<
Gordo, you are either very incompetent or you are a liar...which is it?.....
