Every individual is allowed his/her opinion. This is a free country.

Name me any company that has not done something to upset its shareholders at some point in time. Oddly many continue forward in their plans to enhance shareholder value further upseting those who sold out.

As for sugar coating things, I see no extraordinary efforts to do that. I will continue to tell things as I understand and see them develop from the business and marketing plans being laid out by TSIG.
It is up to those who wish to read my opinions to draw their own conclusions as to the validity of the projections for success being made.

Pessimism and wariness and optomism of the investor causes the selling and holding and buying of the shares. The swaying of that balance is what causes the swing in prices. Sure there has been selling recently in TSIG but there has also been buying. Individuals like yourself may cause the stock to dip for a short while causing a buying opportunity for others they thought they would never see again. The stock comes out stronger for it.

The concerns going back before the first of the year about actions taken should be discounted due to the situation of the company and its attempts to keep things flowing in a forward manner. Sure they had to do things unpleasant but they are still here and now a different company. It is almost like we owned a shell and a solid company slipped in.

For those of us investors that have owned this stock for a long time and endured through the past, we should be greatful of the developments going on. For those who have not been here very long, the past seems to be a problem instead of a situation being worked out of, or they see an opportunity. Those who come in the future will probably see the future. And then there is the short term trader.

The PP party is not selling; the shares are not registered as per Bob's post. Who really gives a rat's ### what the number of the shares are. The corporation has authorized 100,000,000, Now 90,000,000 are outstanding. BFD.

Per all the 144 information I can gather there have not been any insider sales.

Options have been granted ....hooray for management, I wish I had a carrot like that.

Shares may have been given outright to new hires....hooray for management, they're in the same boat with me.

Sword, you're just so much BS, innuendo, & ramblings; you remind me of the commercial where the kid tells his brother that the monsters are hiding in the closet but will be gone if the brother turns on the light. He rushes to turn on the light as others rush to sell their holdings. Now there's a lot of Due Diligence.

I don't care who the sellers are, they, all sellers, give liquidity to the market. If it weren't for sellers, you would never be able to buy a share.

And, your slanderous commentary regarding Mr. Henry is unnecessary, contentious, rude, self-serving and potentially actionable.

The PP as Bob pointed out has to be and will be filed within the time frames outlined in the regs. Therefore, as stated above, the PP is not, no, cannot, sell anything. They do not have a viable hedge, save for their pockets, ergo, you don't squander dollars to gain pennies. But, then again, Sword, you might.

Based upon your last three paragraphs, you appear disgruntled. I have a one word solution for your problem.

Sell.

I'll be waiting for you on the floor tomorrow with my peach basket, please be so kind as to fill me up.

TIA

Joe
