HELLO, Am I missing something here? What evidence is there that IAIF actually acquired the MRPS divisions in Dec. 1996 as called for in the Business Wire of 12/5/96? What I have read is that the company was private prior to 1997 (when the so called $20/per share valuation was stated--as a private company, according to a quote from Jimmy Gayle, I believe). So what happened to the Interactive Information Solutions Co (IAIF) mentioned in the business wire and this Daryl Rasussen, managing director of IAIF? There is no such symbol now when you ask for a quote under IAIF and the phone contact # listed doesn't work. Are you sure that the afore mentioned pending acquisition ever took place or did Jimmy Gayle, one of the original founders of the company in 1990 decide to take the company (now MRPS) public himself instead?

I'm confused!! Inquiring minds want to know!!
