Well folks, guess Q1's 5% sequential quarterly growth is in the bag! That's 2Qs in a row. By end of May, they will know Q2's results as well. If that also makes it 3 Qs in a row, upturn is definitely here, for LSI at least. Together with all the cost cuttings that are already in place, that should push LSI's reputation on the street right back up there with ADI, TI and such.

Great 'guidance' today, with everybody, myself included, started to sweat about whether all semis are seeing slow downs. Guess not. If anything, Intel's demise because they have to drop ASP to fight AMD is nothing but good news for LSI. More cheap PCs, extra $ can go into other stuff. More cheap PCs and people on the net, then everyone needs extra server horsepower, storage horsepower, bandwidth chips etc. etc. LSI's IP is going to pay off big this time.
