Of the three roles:
Investor,
Partner,
Competitor
Which one(s) do you think INTU wants to relinquish?

1) Investor...no...CKFR is a good investment
2) Partner...no...there isn't any effect players in this space
3) Competitor...yes..

That's what the suit is about...that's what the exclusive..if there is one is about. Well e-Bill is bigger then Quicken, Intuit, or Quicken.Com. They can slow it down, or try to(competition) that's evident with todays news. But they can't stop it...IMO.

They want an annunity...a royalty...something in exchange for the competitive pressure wide-open distribtuion would bring. So it comes down to what does the agreement say and how long does it last? TIME.

How long does it last, and how much do you want. If it's over in October like Benny speculated...I can wait, and take a free ride. If it's a five year lock out then they gotta talk.
