The answer to this question is NO. It implies only that most/all of the bugs have been worked out of the design. It implies nothing about volume production at all. Yields may well be .01% and/or at unacceptable speed levels at this point (given AMD's history a likely supposition). Typically with an all new design there is a gap of at least 3-6 months between production samples and volume production.
