"BTW My L1 Bid/Ask also was unchanged for quite a while today. Pissed me off
when I finally noticed that the LAST price was $2 lower than the Bid during the
sell-off this afternoon!!! (I only look at the Bid/Ask, never look at the "Last"). How
I caught it was when I looked at my RT3 Bid/Ask and saw that it was WAY off
from the SEOL figures! Grrrrrr!"

FYI..I have BMI and the bid/asks on NAS were frozen from 1:15 on.BMI said it was a problem with NAS.

Colin, what it tells me is that we both connect to dbc the same way, using the same route through the internet. That 6th line down is the trouble spot, that one computer between us and dbc disconnects periodically. Unfortunately there is no one to call about such a thing, we will just have to wait for IBM or whoever to upgrade it.

I have talked to 5 different stockedge users and we all got frozen bid/ask yesterday. DBC says very few people were connected to the offsite line that had a problem. Just coincidence that every single person I contacted had the same problem? I just dont understand how I can notify them after a half hour has gone by and they dont know they have a problem. In fact they verified that they hadnt had any complaint calls about it either, maybe no one's eyes were focused in such a sleepy market. More likely users just wait for them to fix a problem without calling, when in fact they wait for a large volume of complaints to let them know something is wrong. Oh well.

Thanks for the tracert Colin, I will let them know that it looks like all @home users from our area have the same connection.
