Hi Fiducie,

What we're doing with the OTC:BB is a co-listing.
The effect on the number of shares outstanding
will be neutral, just like when a TSE-traded security
becomes interlisted. We'll have a Canadian transfer
agent and a US transfer agent, but most of the trading
is done electronically anyway, so movement in the
shares is easily tracked.

So, yes, we'll keep the ASE listing and shareholders
of the ASE traded company will not be effected.
For example, you'll be able to sell your BCB
which you bought on the ASE on the OTC BB
priced in $US or on the ASE in $Cdn. Arbitrage opportunities should
keep the pricing close as is the case with other
interlisted companies.
