>>>does anyone have a copy of the April 1998 agreement?

I looked all over the SEC site, and on INTU and CKFR and the only thing I could find was what has been posted refering to Noncompetition.

What I found most interesting was in Intuits 10Q for the period of the supposed contract....they mentioned everything but the CheckFree e-bill persentment alliance with Quicken.com. Because they thought it'd piss the Banks off?...I get to speculate now, because everything else was mentioned but that. Like let's pretend it didn't happen, maybe it will blow over.

sec.gov

Nothing there..it was an event...A Year Passes.......

Now CKFR starts bating Portal around and the Banks are IN-TO-IT. For it, ya know....pathetic.

It's that no guts, no glory...thing a-ma-bob.

I want to see the performance part of the agreement, what was Intuit to do with this as far as promotion of e-bills on quicken.com?

Like I said I'm twisted.

Sam, so is it 18 months or 5 years? Thanks in advance for your comments on agreement.
