Bill,

Met with Andre St-Michel today... The story has improved since I last talk with him last fall. I know understand where your numbers come from. Can you spell extremely low costs . But they will have to be lucky to get all that tonnage out. Will be really tight.

Am still worried with the long term reserves...but the bet is good.

Bill. I assume the recent analyst visit to ECU has expanded awareness of this stock and could prompt big buying. What I liked the most about ECU when I bought at $.22 was that it is not dependent on the price of the underlying commodity rising. If silver does rise as you have forecasted then that will be rocket fuel for a stock that could provide a good return on equity at these or even lower prices!

Meanwhile, I have a great deal invested in gold stocks which will have a difficult time of it if P.O.G.does not improve. Nevertheless, I still went out and bought some GRE.T yesterday at .47 but I will not have the level of comfort with it that I do with ECU.

By bringing GATA into fruition you have accomplished much. Legal decisions do not always favour what a litigant believes they have demonstrated to be just and true but if GATA gets before the courts it will have done a great service to all, win or lose.
