There have always been 100 million shares authorized and I am not going to repeat my post of just a few minutes ago regarding my conversation with Rob Gordon which, I believe, quite clearly clarifies this fiasco. If need be I will repeat it. You are also only partially right regarding TSIG's business model as, IMO, it is expanding rapidly. May I humbly suggest that, in the future, if someone comes across something that "appears" negative that they call the company, specifically Rob Gordon, and get the facts before creating needless panic (and possible financial loss to others) *before* posting on the threads. The members of the threads do not know the actual facts until confirmed by the company. Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
