Bill, I do not quite agree with you. IDTC does have an internet presence since it has an ISP business. IDTC also has a family of internet products: Net2Phone and others. Internet business is the hidden value which has not reflected in IDTC's share value, only making IDTC share value lower due to loss. This is exactly where the spinoff comes. It is IDTC's CEO and Board's best interest to make the spinoff happen.

Re value of IDTC's core telecom business, I see IDTC is the most undervalued as compared to PGEX and STRX. Check out this:

Happy investing.

Would love to hear the "other side". What do you think and what do you see? The good the bad and the ugly. What would YOU do now if you were long IDTC?

STRX had much better year/year growth and sequential growth than
IDT reported and their stock is sliding.

care to change you opinion of strx vs idtc?

strx (year) 1998 1997

595,540,000 404,605,000

idtc double revs in six months, truly ugly if you due a year:

idtc 294,018,907 125,703,766

strx could not double revs in twelve months.

as far as the current 3 months:
1988 1977
strx 170,009,000 121,231,000

idtc 160,741,076 70,952,788

you will notice strx growth is slowwwwwwwww. idtc is about to
pass up strx in revenue next q. strx will be looked as the weak
sister to pgex and idtc until they start serious growth, for now
strx has to be looked at as maturing, not a growth stock.
