Kelton,

U.S. MIcrobics is truely an enigma in a lot of ways. While very much in the line-of-sight of some investors.... BUGS has moved on its own merits without the attention of many investors from SI. This can be evidenced by the smallish number of people that have posted here....

Any financing deal here should be heartened.... the time to do it is when the share price is trading at a level that means little dilution to existing shareholders. U.S. Microbics is evidently looking at the prospects for raising capital for its multi-subsidiaries in the bio-remediation arena. Currently the company is marketed like a shotgun blast. I would expect some fine tuning to harness that marketing blast into concentrated areas for each of its subs... otherwise... things would be too unwieldly.

So far it would seem that U.S. Microbics has met established goals... save a NASDAQ listing. Perhaps the next round of cash will provide closure to that area. I for one am certainly hoping so.

I just read the most recent news release:

CARLSBAD, Calif., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Microbics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BUGS - news; bugsatwork.com), an environmental biotechnology company that creates and markets proprietary microbial products for bioremediation, agriculture, sewage treatment and aqua/mariculture applications, today announced that it will co-sponsor two leading conferences devoted exclusively to products and services for and topics related to environmental bioremediation.....

biz.yahoo.com

They certainly are presenting themselves to the right arenas. I still hold a goodly amount of shares and expect this company to substantially trade above its current levels by the end of their fiscal year. OF course that info and $2 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks. All in all.... I ain't complaining one way or another.

Kelton... you seem to be knowledgeable in regard to the potential for U.S. Microbics and its subs to some degree. As such you can breathe a sigh of relief to know that the White House initiatives at remediating animal husbandry effluents is a hot issue.

U.S. Microbics is a very viable player in this area and with the intro of the upcoming conferences hosted by U.S. Microbics I do believe that many more companies will be attuned to the viable alternative methods that U.S. Microbics offers.
